Scripted performances took place around the store, unknown to visitors who were min- gling with actors. The behaviour of the actors pushed the boundaries of conventional social norms and tested the behaviours of them- selves and others around them.

We Make T-Shirts

On site every day providing freshly printed tees, bags and posters. Visitors could even try their hand at the printing process.

Working with the visualisation of chronic disease, Alison’s Chronic Counter invited guests to create models of their chosen illness or disease using fruit & plasticine.

Freshly baked, artisinal goodswere provided daily from Fifi & Lola as they hosted tea parties in the cafe.

The classifieds post was a meeting place for the needs and desires of guests at the event as they filled out their Haves and Wants on paper provided.
Art Against Knives

As a partner of BS&F, Art Against Knives were a tremendous support throughout the event. BS&F was also proud to exhibit the latest works of Oliver Hemsley in the Toilet Gallery.

The Singing Doodles interpreted drawings to sound in a simple but mesmerising computer program. Across on the other side of the room Dancing Curtains translated ambient sound to movement. Both pieces were appreciated by all ages.

To win Sophie’s print guests could propose a name for the image - whose context is formed between Britney Spears and the Hadron Collider. The winning title was ‘We’ll meet, we’ll meet. At the end of the rainbow we’ll meet’
